Ground Transportation from Airports
ALL Conference participants must fly into Dallas Fort-Worth Airport (DFW) ONLY in order for us to provide transportation to and from venue.
Participants must arrive into the DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) airport between
9:00 am and 3:00 pm on Friday May 21, 2010.
Please arrange for departures to be AFTER 4:00 pm, Sunday May 23rd, 2010.
The shuttles will start transporting attendees back to the airport at 2:00 pm.
Please note that these are strict arrival times due to traffic in the Dallas area and the limited availability of the conference shuttles.
Participants arriving either before or after these times will be responsible for their own transportation to the hotel.
Please let us know if you run into any unforeseen problems with your transportation.
If you will need transportation to and from the airport, please provide transportation details BY MAY 17th, 2010,
otherwise you will be responsible for providing your own
transportation to and from the hotel. You may email us or indicate in the
comments field of the registration process if you need Ground Transportation. If
