This Sector represents a major part of the glue that holds the entire sectoral structure of the Congress together. Its mission is to design and activate communication protocols and systems that allow the Congress leadership to bring maximum sight, coherence and productivity to the advance of the Congress.

The objective is the total facilitation of what we call “friction-less” Congress advance and this is achieved through strategic communications management, the construction of appropriate Congress mentalities and perspectives that align themselves with the principles of the Kingdom of God, the maximizing of information flow across all Sectors of the Congress and the development and maintenance of effective external and internal interfaces.

Technology utilization is an indispensable part of this effort and it is in this Sector that new technology will be identified and utilized across the Congress, but also new approaches to technology usage will be developed and managed in the promotion of advanced attitudes, behaviors and operations across the Sectors of the Congress
