Congress WBN is committed to collaborating with governments toward sustainable national development.  In this regard, we do not view sustainable development as an elusive economic term but rather embrace the concept that effective and sustainable nation-building must be founded on deliberate, strategic and focused attention to all aspects of human development - moral, economic, social and cultural.

In addition, we view national development as being predicated on understanding not only the current but more cogently the potential role of developing countries in a global future context.  Accurate understanding of this role allows the identification of the pathway or distinct steps toward fulfilling a national destiny.
