ABEF and Congress WBN Sign MOU ST Johns, Antigua. The President of the Antigua & Barbuda Employers Federation (ABEF) and the President of Congress WBN (C-WBN) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 27th October, 2007, formalizing their intent to work together and paving the way for the design, scheduling and delivery of values-based leadership development and training programmes.

- Tumaini: Increasing Public Awareness through Drama, Nairobi, Kenya
- National Youth Steel Orchestra and Leadership Development Program, Belize
- Youth Development Program at St. Michaels Home for Boys, Trinidad
Community Development
Communities are the building blocks of a nation. C-WBN engages in several community development initiatives which include:
- Las Lomas Community Empowerment, Trinidad
- Dangriga Male Empowerment Initiative, Belize
- HIV/AIDS Projects, Zambia and Kenya
- Environmental Program in Githurai Housing Estate, Nairobi, Kenya
- Adult & Youth Computer Literacy Centres, Trinidad
National Development
In addition to our human and community development initiatives, C-WBN also seeks to impact the governance of nations through:
- Strategic Partnerships in Leadership Development in the public and private sectors
- E-Government Development Seminars in partnership with the Commonwealth Secretariat
- Diplomatic initiatives to several nations through the Congress’s Office of Diplomatic Affairs
