PORT-OF-SPAIN, 27-Mar 2012 – The Caribbean Examination Council (CXC) on Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Congress WBN (C-WBN) to provide values-based leadership and promote indigenous ICT development in education in the Caribbean.
