Global Leadership Interlink (GLI)

Global Leadership Interlink (GLI) is a global network of professionals and university students committed to social and professional development through the promotion of values-based leadership and to setting a standard of professionalism based on the highest levels of integrity.

GLI – determining the destiny of nations – represents the thrust of Congress WBN (C-WBN) towards impacting human development at every stage of life, especially in the formative years of university and early on in a career path.

GLI recognizes that future change comes when upcoming and current leaders shift their understanding of effective leadership.  The GLI approach is based upon values-based lifestyles, service and the empowerment of others. The vision is to produce a new generation of global leaders who have the inner fortitude and depth of character to shape the future, beyond the desire for personal gain, wealth, and power.

To this end GLI serves as a training ground and think tank, providing students and professionals with the requisite values and the support of a global network of members.  These members are committed to keeping the highest standards of integrity and continuity in all areas of life.

The global operations of GLI are directed into university campuses and to professionals from entry-level to executive. These future global leaders are empowered to shape the destiny of nations based upon a foundation of moral character and the application of principles of integrity, discernment, partnership and justice.  GLI members are made aware that their personal and professional lives are intrinsically connected.  A clear understanding of corporate transformation can only be achieved when an individual undergoes a process of change at the personal level. True change starts on the inside and works its way outwards – this is true both on the individual and corporate level.
