Elijah Centre (EC)
Elijah Centre (EC) functions as a spiritual, administrative and executive hub of Congress WBN. EC is located in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean with 13 other networked subsidiary centres located in eleven (11) major cities in the United Kingdom, United States, South Africa, New Zealand, Belize, Jamaica, Barbados, St. Kitts and Canada. EC provides the Congress with correct godly authority, revelation strength and apostolic patterns.
Elijah Centre has a mandate to exalt the Name, Person, Character and Word of the Lord Jesus Christ, bring reformation and restructuring to the global Church and to proclaim a bold new kingdom advance in the 21st century to the nations of the earth.
Sector Leadership
Dr. Noel Woodroffe, Senior Elder
Dr. Noel Woodroffe founded Elijah Centre in December 1990 and holds the oversight position of Senior Elder. He is the author of several books, among them Governmental Prayer: The Warfare Expression of the Apostolic; The Present Reformation of the Church; The Ultimate Warrior and Understanding the Prophetic Dimension.
Graham Taylor, Senior Associate Elder
Graham teaches extensively in Elijah Centre and in the Breakthrough School of Ministry. In addition to his EC responsibilities he is also a member of the Global Congress Leadership Team of Congress WBN.
Anderson Williams, Associate Elder
Anderson joined the eldership team of EC in 1995 and has contributed a powerful anointing for worship and a developed apostolic gifting. In addition to his eldership responsibilities at Elijah Centre he has specific responsibility for oversight and development of the initiatives of the Kingdom Community Network of Congress WBN in Western Europe, Eastern Europe and the Balkans.
